Wrong. Get-WBBareMetalRecovery only displays policy information, it doesn't allow you to perform a backup. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee706651.aspx The answer of D - wbadmin.exe start sysrecovery allows you to perform a system recovery. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc742118(v=ws.11).aspx
