The keyword here is working EIGRP configuration. Therefore, the password needs to be the same on all routers. C. should the correct answer.

I would say the answer is "Time". Authentication key rollover is a time based activity, both routers need to be in sync with regards to the TIME otherwise it will not work correctly.
